Terms of Use:

Welcome! You (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") are about to enter into this User Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with the operator of the Barkatealliance platform (as defined below) and use the services provided by Barkatealliance! The headings of the clauses are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. To protect your rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read the specific provisions of each clause.

【Read Carefully】 Before clicking to accept this Agreement during the registration process, you should carefully read this Agreement. Please read diligently and fully understand all terms, especially those limiting or excluding liability, governing law, and dispute resolution clauses. Limitation or exclusion of liability clauses will be indicated in bold and underlined text, and you should read them carefully. If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please consult Barkatealliance customer service.

【Contract Formation】 By completing the registration form, reading and accepting this Agreement, and completing the entire registration process, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this Agreement, have reached a consensus with Barkatealliance, and become a "User" of the Barkatealliance platform. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms during the reading process, you should immediately stop the registration process. If you do not proceed with registration, or if you were a registered user of Barkatealliance before this Agreement took effect, your access to and/or use of the Barkatealliance platform signifies your agreement to be bound by the entire Agreement. Otherwise, please do not access or use the Barkatealliance platform.

1. Definitions

Barkatealliance Platform: Refers to the Barkatealliance live broadcast website (with the domain name https://barkatealliance.top) and its client applications.

Barkatealliance Platform Services: Refers to the various services provided to you by Barkatealliance via the internet, including the Barkatealliance Platform website, client applications, and other forms (including new service forms arising from future technological developments).

Barkatealliance Platform Service Provider: Barkatealliance and its affiliates.

Barkatealliance Platform Rules: Include all rules, interpretations, announcements, etc., published within all Barkatealliance Platform websites, as well as various rules, implementation details, product descriptions, announcements, etc., published in various channels, activity pages, forums, etc., on the Barkatealliance Platform.

User: Hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User," means any individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, browses, or obtains services under this Agreement.

2. Scope of Agreement

2.1 Contracting Parties
This Agreement is a contract between you and the Barkatealliance Platform regarding the registration, login, and use of the Barkatealliance Platform Services. This Agreement is legally binding on both you and the Barkatealliance Platform operator.
The Barkatealliance Platform operator refers to the legal entities operating the Barkatealliance Platform. You may view the license information displayed at the bottom of the Barkatealliance Platform website homepage to determine the specific Barkatealliance entity you are contracting with. The Barkatealliance Platform operator may change due to business adjustments. The changed operator will jointly perform this Agreement with you and provide services to you. Such change will not affect your rights under this Agreement. New Barkatealliance Platform operators may be added to provide new services. Your use of such new services signifies your agreement that the new operator will jointly perform this Agreement with you. In case of disputes, you may determine the contracting party and the counterparty to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific actions affecting your rights.

2.2 Supplementary Agreements
Due to the rapid development of the internet, the terms listed in this Agreement may not fully cover all your rights and obligations with Barkatealliance, and existing terms may not fully meet future needs. Therefore, relevant declarations, policies, Barkatealliance Platform rules, and agreements publicly announced by the Barkatealliance Platform are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, inseparable from this Agreement, and have the same legal effect. Your use of Barkatealliance Platform Services signifies your acceptance of these supplementary agreements.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 User Eligibility
You confirm that before you start using/registering for Barkatealliance Platform Services, you possess the civil capacity commensurate with your actions according to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you lack such civil capacity, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom according to law.
Specifically, if you are a minor, please review and accept this Agreement under the guidance of your guardian. Minors should use the Barkatealliance Platform reasonably and must not let it affect their daily studies and life. You understand that Barkatealliance has no obligation to review or confirm the matters mentioned in this paragraph in any form.

3.2 Account Description
After you complete the registration form, read and accept this Agreement, and complete the entire registration process, you will obtain a Barkatealliance Platform account and become a Barkatealliance Platform User.
You may log in to the Barkatealliance Platform using the username you set or confirm (hereinafter referred to as the "Account Name") and the password you set (collectively, the "Account"). As your Barkatealliance Account is linked to your personal information and Barkatealliance Platform business information, your Barkatealliance Account is for your personal use only. Any direct or indirect authorization for a third party to use your Barkatealliance Account or obtain information under your account without Barkatealliance Platform's consent shall be your sole responsibility, and Barkatealliance Platform assumes no liability. However, if Barkatealliance Platform determines that the use of your Barkatealliance Account may endanger your account security and/or Barkatealliance Platform information security, Barkatealliance Platform may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this Agreement.
As user accounts are linked to user credit information, you may only transfer your account if expressly permitted by law, judicial ruling, or with Barkatealliance's consent, and in accordance with the user account transfer process stipulated in the Barkatealliance Platform Rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations associated with the account are also transferred. Otherwise, your account must not be transferred in any way, and you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.
As the Barkatealliance Platform operator, to better provide you with various services and ensure your account security, Barkatealliance may require you to complete real-name verification according to Barkatealliance Platform requirements and Chinese legal regulations. If your account remains inactive for a long time, Barkatealliance has the right to cancel, reclaim, replace, or take cleanup measures such as deleting any records of your account in the Barkatealliance Platform database (including but not limited to registration information, virtual gift information, etc.). Your account will no longer be able to log in to any Barkatealliance Platform, and corresponding services will be terminated simultaneously. Barkatealliance will notify you before cleaning such accounts by means including but not limited to pop-ups, website announcements, station messages, and client push notifications.

3.3 Registration Information Management

3.3.1 Authenticity and Legality
When using Barkatealliance Platform Services, you should provide your information accurately and completely (including your name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) as prompted on the Barkatealliance Platform pages, so that Barkatealliance can contact you when necessary. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide. You must not register or authenticate using false,冒充 resident identity information, enterprise registration information, organization code, etc. You shall bear all responsibilities arising from any illegal, untrue, or inaccurate user information. The account name you set must not violate national laws and regulations or the Barkatealliance Platform Rules regarding account name management. Otherwise, Barkatealliance may suspend or cancel your account name and report to the competent authorities.
You understand and promise that your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information must not contain illegal or undesirable information, impersonate or associate with institutions or public figures, and you must comply with the seven baselines during account registration: laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity.
If the Platform finds that the account name or any other custom name you register or use in the software is the same as another user's, making it impossible to distinguish, Barkatealliance Platform has the right to require you to modify the said name. If you fail to modify it within the time limit required by Barkatealliance Platform, Barkatealliance Platform has the right to add identification symbols to your custom name to ensure the normal operation of the software without your consent.
You agree and authorize that, to better serve you and ensure your account security, Barkatealliance may initiate inquiries about the authenticity of your identity, your credit record, the validity status of your mobile phone number, etc., with reliable entities such as the National Citizen Identity Information Query Service Center, telecommunications operators, and financial service institutions, based on the mobile phone number, ID number, and other information you provide.

3.3.2 Update and Maintenance
You should promptly update the information you provide (including but not limited to registration materials) to ensure it is timely, detailed, true, and accurate. Where laws expressly require Barkatealliance to verify the information of some users, Barkatealliance will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you should cooperate by providing the latest, true, and complete information. Modifying or deleting relevant information may also cause the loss of text, images, videos, etc., stored in the system. Barkatealliance is not responsible for content loss resulting from your own operations.
If Barkatealliance fails to contact you using the last information you provided, if you fail to provide information promptly as required by Barkatealliance, if the information you provide is obviously untrue, or if administrative or judicial authorities verify that the information you provide is invalid, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences resulting therefrom for yourself, others, and Barkatealliance. Barkatealliance may issue notices of inquiry or request for rectification and require you to undergo re-authentication, until suspending or terminating part or all of the Barkatealliance Platform Services provided to you. Barkatealliance assumes no liability for this.

3.3.3 Account Security Specifications
Your account is set by you and should be kept by you. Barkatealliance will never actively ask for your account password. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your account safe and ensure you log out at the end of each online session and leave the Barkatealliance Platform correctly. If you actively notify the Barkatealliance Platform and request measures to suspend the login and use of your account, the Barkatealliance Platform shall require you to provide and verify your valid personal identity information consistent with your registered identity information; otherwise, Barkatealliance has the right to refuse your request. If the Barkatealliance Platform verifies that the personal valid identity information you provided is consistent with the registered identity information, it shall promptly take measures to suspend the login and use of the user account. If the user does not provide their personal valid identity document or the provided document is inconsistent with the registered identity information, Barkatealliance Platform has the right to refuse the user's request.
Losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of your account or you being attacked, defrauded, etc., shall be borne solely by you. Barkatealliance assumes no responsibility, and you should seek recourse through judicial, administrative, or other relief channels against the infringer.
Your account is for your use only and must not be lent, gifted, rented, transferred irregularly, sold, or shared with others. When your account is used without authorization, you should immediately notify the Barkatealliance Platform; otherwise, any unauthorized use will be deemed your own actions, and you shall bear all resulting losses and consequences. Unless Barkatealliance is at fault, you are responsible for all results of actions under your account (including but not limited to online signing of various agreements, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, disclosing information, etc.). If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Barkatealliance Platform or any other situation that may lead to theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you notify Barkatealliance immediately. You understand that any action taken by Barkatealliance in response to your request requires reasonable time, and actions taken by Barkatealliance at your request may not avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of infringement consequences. Unless Barkatealliance is legally at fault, Barkatealliance is not liable.

4. Barkatealliance Platform Services and Specifications

4.1 Barkatealliance Platform Services

Barkatealliance Platform provides you with services including but not limited to the following:
4.1.1 Any website directly owned or operated by Barkatealliance, such as https://barkatealliance.top(and any other websites operated by Barkatealliance);
4.1.2 Clients of websites directly owned or operated by Barkatealliance, including but not limited to clients for all terminals such as PC, tablet, mobile phone, TV, set-top boxes, etc.;
4.1.3 Barkatealliance Platform User Personal Center services;
4.1.4 Forum posting services;
4.1.5 Barkatealliance Live Broadcast services;
4.1.6 Barkatealliance Search services;
4.1.7 Barkatealliance Game Center services;
4.1.8 Other technologies and/or services provided by the Barkatealliance Platform.
(The above services are collectively referred to as "Barkatealliance Platform Services").
Barkatealliance Platform Services are limited to your use within the Barkatealliance Platform. Any separation of Barkatealliance services from the Barkatealliance Platform by illegal means such as malicious cracking does not constitute the Barkatealliance services under this Agreement. The legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the actor, and Barkatealliance will pursue the legal liability of the actor according to law.
The officially announced methods on the Barkatealliance Platform website are the only legal methods for registering, logging in, downloading, and using Barkatealliance services. Any Barkatealliance services obtained through any other channels, avenues, or methods (including but not limited to accounts, virtual currency, virtual items, downloads, etc.) are illegally obtained. Barkatealliance does not recognize their validity and, upon discovery, has the right to immediately take actions such as deletion, cancellation, resetting, and account banning. You shall bear all adverse consequences resulting therefrom, and Barkatealliance has the right to pursue the legal liability of the relevant persons or institutions according to law. Barkatealliance has the right to announce to you (including but not limited to pop-up pages, website announcements, station messages, etc.) to modify, replace, or upgrade any software related to Barkatealliance Platform Services. If you disagree with or do not accept the modification, replacement, or upgrade of the software related to Barkatealliance Platform Services, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel the use. Otherwise, it will be deemed that you agree and accept the modification, replacement, and upgrade of the relevant Barkatealliance Platform software, and this acceptance is still bound by this Agreement.
You understand and acknowledge that the Barkatealliance Platform enjoys the following rights. The exercise of the following rights by the Barkatealliance Platform shall not be deemed a breach of contract, and you shall not pursue or shall exempt the Barkatealliance Platform from relevant legal liabilities: Derivative works (hereinafter referred to as "Derivatives") such as experience points, levels, followers, subscriptions, titles, electronic tickets, virtual live rooms, virtual gifts, virtual giveaways and rewards, downloads, and any data information generated during the operation of the Barkatealliance Platform and stored in the Barkatealliance network database (including but not limited to account data information, live broadcast duration data information, virtual gift data information, consumption data information, etc.) that you obtain by using the Barkatealliance Platform website or Barkatealliance Platform account. You confirm that you do not own them (unless otherwise announced by the Barkatealliance Platform). Barkatealliance permits you to use them according to the Barkatealliance Platform Rules. Barkatealliance assumes no compensation liability for the aforementioned Derivatives. Barkatealliance has the right to independently decide the recovery date based on the actual situation, without prior notice or your consent.
You agree and guarantee that you will not use Barkatealliance Platform Services or their Derivatives for illegal profit-making methods such as reselling, transferring, exchanging, or mortgaging. You will not use Barkatealliance Platform Services or their Derivatives to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. It is prohibited to steal or misuse others' accounts, virtual gifts, etc., by means of network vulnerabilities, malicious software, or other illegal methods.
You understand and acknowledge that if you pay or recharge your Barkatealliance Platform account through third-party payment tools to purchase paid services on the Barkatealliance Platform (including but not limited to purchasing the use rights of virtual gifts within the Barkatealliance Platform and accepting other value-added services, etc.), the Barkatealliance Platform has the right to modify or change the provided paid services, charging standards, charging methods, service fees, and service terms as needed. When the Barkatealliance Platform provides services, it may now or in the future start charging users for some services. If you refuse to pay such fees, you cannot continue to use the relevant services after charging begins. Any commercial risks that may arise after you pay or recharge through third-party payment tools in your Barkatealliance Platform account (including but not limited to illegal activities such as criminals using your account, bank card, or other valuable cards for illegal activities) may cause you corresponding economic losses. Provided that Barkatealliance fully performs its obligations under this Agreement and complies with legal provisions, Barkatealliance shall not be liable for your aforementioned risks and losses.

4.2 Service Specifications
Ownership of Barkatealliance Platform accounts belongs to Barkatealliance. After completing the application registration process, you obtain the right to use the Barkatealliance Platform account, which belongs solely to the initial applicant registrant. You are obliged to keep the account and password obtained during registration and use of the Barkatealliance Platform safe and are responsible for a series of behaviors or activities started after logging into the system with this account and password. Given the particularity of network services, the Barkatealliance Platform does not review whether it is you personally using the account and password, but only reviews whether the account and password are consistent with those stored in the database. As long as anyone enters an account and password consistent with those stored in the database, they can log in to the Barkatealliance Platform. If the user is not the initial applicant registrant of the account, the Barkatealliance Platform has the right to freeze and reclaim the account without notice and without bearing any legal liability to the account user. Losses including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of user data and virtual props, etc., caused thereby shall be borne by you. If disputes arise over the ownership of an account, the Barkatealliance Platform has the right to temporarily freeze the disputed account after receiving a complaint from the relevant party; the disputing parties shall provide evidence to prove the ownership of the account within a reasonable period of proof. After determining the ownership based on the evidence provided by the parties, the Barkatealliance Platform will unfreeze the disputed account.
You need to independently bear legal responsibility for your actions on Barkatealliance. You understand and promise that the content you live broadcast, upload, publish, or transmit using Barkatealliance software and related services (including but not limited to various forms of content such as text, pictures, music, video, audio, sound, dialogue, etc.) is either original or legally authorized. Unless otherwise agreed, the intellectual property of the content you live broadcast, upload, publish, or transmit belongs to you or the original copyright owner. You should ensure that the display, publication, and promotion of the aforementioned content by Barkatealliance will not infringe upon the intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests of others, nor require payment of any fees to any third party. Otherwise, if losses are caused to Barkatealliance and its affiliates and authorized parties thereby, you shall be liable for compensation.
To increase content exposure and publishing efficiency, you agree that all content published by your account on Barkatealliance is authorized to be automatically synchronized and published by Barkatealliance to all products operated by Barkatealliance and its affiliates and authorized parties, including but not limited to current or future websites, applications, products, or terminal devices, etc. Your operations of publishing, modifying, and deleting content on Barkatealliance will be synchronized to the aforementioned products. Any content in various forms such as text, pictures, music, video, audio, sound, dialogue, etc., transmitted through services provided by Barkatealliance, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the responsibility of the content provider and uploader.
To facilitate your use of Barkatealliance and other related services of Barkatealliance affiliates, you authorize Barkatealliance to transfer the information you provide and form during the account registration and use of Barkatealliance Platform Services to other related service providers such as Barkatealliance affiliates, or obtain the information you provide and form during the registration and use of related services from other related service providers such as Barkatealliance affiliates.
If you use the Barkatealliance Platform to implement commercial behaviors and marketing content such as promotion with Barkatealliance's consent, you must do so based on relevant national laws and regulations and the Barkatealliance Platform's specifications for commercial behaviors such as promotion. Your commercial behaviors and marketing content must be based on the principle of equality and fairness for reasonable competition, must be based on the principle of truth and accuracy for reasonable promotion, and must be based on the principle of protecting user experience to choose reasonable promotion methods and marketing content. If you engage in malicious competition, take false commercial actions, publish false and exaggerated marketing content, publish frequent, low-quality marketing information, or publish advertising content explicitly prohibited by national relevant regulations, or carry out commercial activities in violation of regulations, etc., Barkatealliance has the right to restrict the dissemination scope and object of its content, restrict or prohibit you from using all or part of Barkatealliance services, cancel your account, and save relevant information according to laws and regulations and report to relevant departments, etc.
Legal disputes arising from commercial behaviors between you and others on the Barkatealliance Platform shall be handled by the transacting parties themselves. Barkatealliance assumes no responsibility.
You understand and know that when using Barkatealliance Platform Services, the content and information you contact come from a wide range of sources, and Barkatealliance cannot be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, completeness, and legitimacy of this content and information. You understand and acknowledge that you may come into contact with incorrect, unpleasant, inappropriate, or objectionable content and information, and you will not hold Barkatealliance responsible for this. However, Barkatealliance has the right to stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content and take corresponding actions according to law, including but not limited to suspending your continued use of part or all of Barkatealliance's services, keeping relevant records, and reporting to relevant authorities.
If you publish news information, you understand and confirm that you have the qualification for internet news information services, and the news information published is true, accurate, objective, and fair. Reproduced news information should be complete and accurate, not distort the news information content, and indicate the source prominently, ensuring the source of news information is traceable. The Barkatealliance Platform has the right to review the news information you publish. If you publish false news or you do not have the publishing qualification, the Barkatealliance Platform has the right to restrict the dissemination scope and object of the content you publish, restrict or prohibit you from using all or part of Barkatealliance services, cancel your account, and save relevant information according to laws and regulations and report to relevant departments, etc.
Barkatealliance does not endorse, recommend, or express views on any content and information you upload, publish, or transmit on the Barkatealliance Platform, nor does it assume any responsibility for any errors, defects, losses, or damages arising from any content and information. Your use of any content and information requires you to bear the associated risks.
You agree that Barkatealliance may place commercial advertisements or any other types of commercial information in various ways during the provision of services (including but not limited to placing advertisements anywhere on the Barkatealliance Platform, placing advertisements in the content you upload and disseminate). You agree to accept Barkatealliance sending promotional or other related commercial information to you via email, station messages, mobile text messages, website announcements, or other methods. Meanwhile, Barkatealliance has the right to add website logos (or names) and time watermarks to live broadcast rooms. Barkatealliance will try its best but does not guarantee that it will not affect your live broadcast experience.
You should restrain your user behavior on the Barkatealliance Platform and ensure your personal and property safety during your online live broadcast. If you suffer personal and property losses outside the Barkatealliance Platform website or region due to your own reasons, force majeure, accidents, or third-party reasons, you shall bear them yourself.
During the use of Barkatealliance Platform Services, you need to comply with the following laws and regulations: "The People's Republic of China Guarding State Secrets Law," "The People's Republic of China Copyright Law," "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Computer Information System Security," "Computer Software Protection Regulations," "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Communication through Information Networks," "Administrative Provisions on Internet Live Streaming Services," and other relevant laws and regulations concerning computers and the internet. In any case, once Barkatealliance reasonably believes that your behavior may violate the above laws and regulations, it may terminate the provision of services to you at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You understand and guarantee that the content you produce, upload, publish, or transmit on the Barkatealliance Platform (including your account name, comments, bullet chats, and other information) does not contain the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, subverting state power;
(3) Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or harming national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing upon ethnic customs and habits;
(5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and superstitions;
(6) Disturbing social order, undermining social stability;
(7) Inducing minors to commit illegal crimes and spreading or disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist activities, or inciting crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens such as personal privacy;
(9) Spreading rumors, harming social morality, damaging the excellent cultural traditions of the nation;
(10) Other content prohibited by relevant laws, administrative regulations, and state regulations;
If the content you upload, publish, or transmit contains the above information or content that violates laws and regulations, or infringes upon any third party's legitimate rights and interests, you will directly bear all adverse consequences resulting therefrom. If this causes adverse consequences for Barkatealliance, you shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating Barkatealliance for all losses resulting therefrom, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, lawyer fees, transportation fees, and other reasonable expenses incurred due to rights protection.

4.4 Prohibited Behaviors

You understand and guarantee that you will not perform the following prohibited behaviors regarding the Barkatealliance Platform Services, nor allow anyone to use your account to perform the following behaviors:

1. When registering an account or using Barkatealliance Platform Services (including but not limited to uploading, publishing, disseminating information, etc.), impersonating others or institutions, or falsely claiming to be connected with any person or entity (including setting up false account names or accessing another user's account), or maliciously using registered accounts causing other users to misidentify;

2. Forging titles or otherwise manipulating content to make others mistakenly believe that the content is transmitted by Barkatealliance;

3. Uploading, publishing, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting content that you are not authorized to transmit (such as internal materials, confidential materials, content that infringes on anyone's patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, etc.);

4. Uploading, posting, sending emails, or otherwise transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized "junk emails," advertisements or promotional materials, promotional materials, or any other commercial communications;

5. Using Barkatealliance Platform Services for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without the explicit permission of Barkatealliance;

6. Stalking or otherwise harassing others;

7. Participating in any illegal or potentially illegal (as determined by Barkatealliance) activities or transactions, including teaching criminal methods, selling any illegal drugs, money laundering activities, fraud, etc.;

8. Gambling, providing gambling data, or inducing others to participate in gambling activities by any means;

9. Using or utilizing Barkatealliance's intellectual property (including Barkatealliance's trademarks, brands, logos, any other proprietary data, or the layout or design of any web page), or otherwise infringing upon any of Barkatealliance's intellectual property rights (including attempting to reverse engineer the Barkatealliance Platform client or the software used);

10. Accessing Barkatealliance Platform Services, collecting, or processing content provided through Barkatealliance Platform Services by using any automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analytics tools, data mining tools, or similar tools;

11. Participating in any "framing," "mirroring," or other techniques aimed at imitating the appearance and function of Barkatealliance Platform Services;

12. Interfering or attempting to interfere with any user or any other party's access to Barkatealliance Platform Services;

13. Intentionally disseminating materials containing viruses, network worms, Trojan horses, damaged files, or other malicious code or items that interfere with, disrupt, or restrict the functions of computer software, hardware, or communication equipment, Barkatealliance Platform Services, servers, and networks connected to Barkatealliance Platform Services;

14. Sharing or publishing identifiable personal data of such persons without their explicit consent;

15. Probing or testing whether Barkatealliance Platform Services, systems, or other users' systems are vulnerable to intrusion attacks, or otherwise circumventing (or attempting to circumvent) any security functions of Barkatealliance Platform Services, systems, or other users' systems;

16. Disassembling, reverse compiling, or reverse engineering the software used for Barkatealliance Platform Services, or attempting to do so;

17. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of destruction or abuse, or maliciously uploading duplicate, invalid large-volume data and information;

18. Performing any behavior that undermines the fairness of the Barkatealliance Platform Services or otherwise affects the normal order of the application, such as active or passive score brushing, collusion, using plug-ins or other cheating software, using BUGs (also known as "vulnerabilities" or "defects") to obtain improper illegal benefits, or using the internet or other methods to make plug-ins, cheating software, and BUGs public;

19. Conducting any commercial activities such as posting advertisements and selling goods, or conducting any illegal activities that infringe upon the interests of the Barkatealliance Platform, such as selling virtual products like the Barkatealliance Platform's virtual currency and virtual items, plug-ins, etc.;

20. Using any channel or media (including but not limited to self-media, etc.) to issue any words carrying the "Barkatealliance" brand, such as "cooperating with Barkatealliance" and "co-produced with Barkatealliance." If you promote cooperative programs, you can only mention the program itself in the promotion and must not mention the relationship with Barkatealliance or unauthorizedly use the Barkatealliance brand for promotion. Any promotional article with the word "Barkatealliance" must obtain the written consent of the corresponding cooperation department of Barkatealliance, otherwise, you shall compensate for all losses caused to Barkatealliance;

21. Any misconduct prohibited by the "Announcement on the Standardization of Live Streaming Behavior" published by Tencent Games (and its future revisions from time to time).

22. Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and other normative documents with legal effect.
    You can purchase virtual products and value-added services such as virtual currency and tickets during the use of Barkatealliance Platform Services. Unless otherwise specified, the specific usage methods, periods, etc., for virtual products such as virtual currency and virtual items obtained through the Barkatealliance Platform and other channels authorized by the Barkatealliance Platform shall be subject to the instructions and user guides attached to the Barkatealliance Platform pages or similar official documents with explanatory nature. Virtual products may be adjusted at any time due to user needs, website strategy adjustments, user acceptance, and other factors. For specific information, please refer to the page instructions at that time. Based on the nature and characteristics of virtual products, Barkatealliance does not provide return or exchange services for virtual products. If you consume all the virtual products obtained and do not continue to use the virtual product services, the service terminates.
    You should abide by the various terms of this Agreement, use this service correctly and appropriately, and must not disrupt the order of the Barkatealliance Platform, including but not limited to disrupting the financial order of the Barkatealliance Platform (such as selling virtual currency, virtual items, tickets, etc.). Unless authorized in writing by Barkatealliance, you must not use virtual products such as virtual currency and virtual items in the commercial field, including but not limited to buying and selling, exchanging, mortgaging, or using virtual product services in a specific way to obtain improper gains. It is particularly important to note that if your account is suspected of using unreasonable means to recharge (including but not limited to illegal use of credit card cash outs), Barkatealliance has the right to temporarily or permanently ban your account based on reasonable judgment. Meanwhile, Barkatealliance reserves the right to reclaim the account and username at any time. All users should obtain virtual product services such as virtual currency, virtual items, and tickets through official channels. Any virtual products and their derivative services obtained through non-officially announced channels do not have legal effect on Barkatealliance. Barkatealliance has the right to unilaterally reclaim the relevant virtual products and terminate the corresponding services. For serious cases, Barkatealliance has the right to suspend or terminate your use of all or part of Barkatealliance's services, cancel your account, save relevant information according to laws and regulations, and report to relevant departments, etc.

4.5 User Guarantee

You hereby state and guarantee that:

1. You currently do not reside or stay in a country or region sanctioned by the United States (including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria);

2. You do not belong to the entities or personnel on the list of subjects prohibited or restricted by the U.S. government (including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List managed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury);

3. You do not belong to the entities or personnel on any other U.S. or United Nations economic sanctions list, including but not limited to a) the Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List; b) the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List; c) the NON-SDN Palestinian Legislative Council List; d) the Non-SDN Iran Sanctions Act List, etc.

5. Third-Party Links

Barkatealliance Platform Services may contain links to other websites or resources. Barkatealliance has no control over, cannot review or modify, and thus assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or activities of the aforementioned websites or resources. Barkatealliance recommends that you carefully read their terms of service and privacy policy before leaving the Barkatealliance Platform to visit other websites or resources.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed or Barkatealliance declares otherwise, all content (except content for which users legally enjoy copyright), technology, software, programs, data, and other information (including but not limited to text, images, photos, audio, video, charts, colors, layout design, electronic documents) within the Barkatealliance Platform, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights, are owned by Barkatealliance or Barkatealliance affiliates. Without the permission of Barkatealliance, no one may use them without authorization (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, modifying, leasing).
The Logo of the Barkatealliance Platform, the text and graphics such as "Barkatealliance", "barkate", "Barkate", "BARKATE" and their combinations, as well as other logos, marks, product and service names of the Barkatealliance Platform are trademarks of Barkatealliance or Barkatealliance affiliates in China or other countries. Without the written authorization of Barkatealliance, no one may display, use, or otherwise handle them in any way, nor indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle them.
Barkatealliance has complete intellectual property rights over Barkatealliance's proprietary content, original content, and other exclusive or sole content obtained through authorization. Without the permission of Barkatealliance, any unit or individual shall not reprint, disseminate, provide viewing services, or have other behaviors that infringe upon Barkatealliance's intellectual property rights, otherwise, they shall bear all relevant legal responsibilities including infringement.

7. User Breach and Handling

7.1 Breach Determination

The following circumstances are deemed your breach:
(1) Violating relevant laws and regulations when using Barkatealliance Platform Services;
(2) Violating this Agreement or the supplementary agreements of this Agreement (i.e., Article 2.2 of this Agreement).
To adapt to the development of the internet industry and meet the massive users' demand for efficient and high-quality services, you understand and agree that Barkatealliance may stipulate the procedures and standards for breach determination in the Barkatealliance Platform Rules. For example: Barkatealliance may determine whether you constitute a breach based on the relationship between your user data and massive user data; you have the obligation to provide full proof and reasonable explanation for abnormal phenomena in your data, otherwise, it will be determined as a breach.

7.2 Breach Handling Measures

If the content and information you publish on the Barkatealliance Platform constitute a breach, Barkatealliance may immediately delete, block, etc., the corresponding content and information or suspend the use of, seal, freeze, reset virtual gifts, cancel, etc., your account according to the corresponding rules. If the behaviors you implement on the Barkatealliance Platform, or although not implemented on the Barkatealliance Platform but have an impact on the Barkatealliance Platform and its users, constitute a breach, Barkatealliance may take measures such as restricting participation in activities, suspending the provision of part or all of the services to you (such as sealing virtual live broadcast rooms, freezing or resetting virtual gifts, deducting liquidated damages, etc.) against your account according to the corresponding rules. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach, Barkatealliance may seal your account and terminate the provision of services to you. If your account is sealed, the virtual products such as virtual currency and virtual items in your account will be reset, and the relevant virtual product services will be terminated.
If your behavior on the Barkatealliance Platform violates relevant laws and regulations, Barkatealliance can report to the relevant competent authorities according to law and submit your usage records and other information. At the same time, Barkatealliance can publicize the information on the handling measures for your aforementioned breach behaviors and other illegal information confirmed by effective legal documents of state administrative or judicial organs on the Barkatealliance Platform. In addition, Barkatealliance can, according to the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, carry out blacklist management and credit management for you, provide management and services linked to credit ratings. If you are included in the blacklist, Barkatealliance has the right to take measures to prohibit you from re-registering accounts and report to relevant departments in a timely manner.

7.3 Liability for Compensation

If your behavior causes losses to Barkatealliance and/or its affiliates (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational losses, and indirect economic losses such as compensation paid to outsiders, settlement payments, lawyer fees, litigation fees, etc.), you shall compensate Barkatealliance and/or its affiliates for all the above losses. If your behavior causes Barkatealliance and/or its affiliates to be claimed by a third party, Barkatealliance and/or its affiliates may recover all losses from you after assuming monetary payment obligations, etc., to the third party.

7.4 Special Agreement

If you provide Barkatealliance and/or its affiliates' employees or consultants with benefits such as实物, cash, cash equivalents, labor, travel, etc., whose value obviously exceeds the scope of normal business negotiations, it can be deemed that you have committed commercial bribery. In case of the above circumstances, Barkatealliance may immediately terminate all cooperation with you and charge you liquidated damages and/or compensation, the amount of which is calculated based on the economic losses and reputational losses suffered by Barkatealliance due to your bribery behavior.
Barkatealliance provides Barkatealliance Platform Services to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Barkatealliance undertakes corresponding obligations according to law, but cannot be held responsible for damages caused to you due to information network equipment maintenance, connection failures, computers, communication or other system failures, hacker activities, computer viruses, power failures, strikes, riots, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders of judicial administrative organs, or reasons of third parties.
Barkatealliance controls and provides Barkatealliance Platform Services through facilities within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Barkatealliance does not guarantee that the controlled or provided services are appropriate or feasible in other countries or regions. Any user using Barkatealliance Platform Services in other jurisdictions should ensure their compliance with local laws and regulations. Barkatealliance assumes no responsibility for this.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Barkatealliance may modify this Agreement and supplementary agreements from time to time based on changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of Barkatealliance Platform services. The changed agreements and supplementary agreements (hereinafter referred to as "Changed Items") will be notified to you through the method agreed in Article 10 of this Agreement. The updated agreement terms will replace the original agreement terms once published.
If you disagree with the Changed Items, you should stop using the Barkatealliance Platform Services from the effective date of the Changed Items; if you continue to use the Barkatealliance Platform Services after the Changed Items take effect, it is deemed that you accept the effective Changed Items.

9. Notice

You agree that Barkatealliance may deliver various notices to you in the following reasonable ways:
(1) Publicized copy;
(2) Station messages, pop-up messages, client push messages;
(3) Emails, mobile text messages, letters, etc., sent based on the contact information you left on the Barkatealliance Platform;
Notices sent by Barkatealliance to you through the above methods are deemed delivered upon successful sending; written notices sent on paper carriers are deemed delivered on the fifth natural day after being posted to the provided contact address.
For any disputes arising from trading activities on the Barkatealliance Platform, you agree that judicial organs (including but not limited to people's courts) can serve legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) to you through modern communication methods such as mobile text messages and emails or by mail. The mobile phone number and email address, etc., you designate to receive legal documents are the contact information you provided when registering and updating on the Barkatealliance Platform. The judicial organs' sending of legal documents to the above contact information is deemed served. The mailing address you designate is your legal contact address or the valid contact address you provided.
You agree that judicial organs can use one or more of the above methods to serve legal documents to you. If multiple methods are used, the time of service shall be the earliest among the above methods.
You agree that the above service methods apply to all stages of judicial procedures. If it enters litigation procedures, it includes but is not limited to first instance, second instance, retrial, execution, and supervision procedures, etc.
You should ensure that the provided contact information is accurate and valid and update it in real time. If the legal documents cannot be served or are not served in time due to inaccurate contact information or failure to inform the changed contact information in time, you shall bear the possible legal consequences yourself.

10. Termination of the Agreement

10.1 Circumstances of Termination

You can terminate this Agreement through any of the following methods:
(1) When the conditions for account cancellation and other cleanup publicly displayed on the Barkatealliance Platform website are met, you cancel your account through the website;
(2) You stop using and expressly refuse to accept the Changed Items before they take effect;
(3) You expressly refuse to continue using the Barkatealliance Platform Services and meet the Barkatealliance termination conditions.
Barkatealliance can notify you to suspend or terminate this Agreement in the manner listed in Article 10 of this Agreement under the following circumstances:
(1) You violate the terms of this Agreement, and Barkatealliance terminates this Agreement based on the breach clauses;
(2) You transfer your own account, steal others' accounts, provide false registration identity information, publish prohibited content and information, defraud others' property, take improper means to seek profits, etc., and Barkatealliance seals your account according to the Barkatealliance Platform Rules;
(3) Except for the above circumstances, because you repeatedly violate the relevant provisions of the Barkatealliance Platform Rules and the circumstances are serious, Barkatealliance seals your account according to the Barkatealliance Platform Rules;
(4) Your account is canceled and cleaned up by Barkatealliance according to this Agreement;
(5) You have infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of others or have other serious illegal or breach of contract behaviors on the Barkatealliance Platform;
(6) Other situations where Barkatealliance should terminate services according to relevant laws and regulations.

10.2 Handling after Agreement Termination

After the termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided by law, Barkatealliance has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or the third party designated by you.
After the termination of this Agreement, Barkatealliance enjoys the following rights:
(1) Stop collecting and using your personal information but may continue to save other content and information you leave on the Barkatealliance Platform;
(2) For your past breaches, Barkatealliance can still pursue违约责任 against you according to this Agreement.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Others

The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China; if there are no relevant provisions in the law, refer to commercial practices and/or industry practices.
Disputes arising from your use of Barkatealliance Platform Services and related to Barkatealliance Platform Services shall be resolved through negotiation between Barkatealliance and you. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Gaoxin District, Yichang City.
If any term of this Agreement is deemed abolished, invalid, or unenforceable, the term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms of this Agreement.
